As someone who suffered with self-loathing depression following verbal abuse, I have been through emotional depths and know what it's like to have a horrible inner critic. Miserable, fearful... and really annoying, honestly.
How often did I listen to those lies of being limited, being a faulty person? Seeing the ceiling and not the sky?
Deep down I knew I could heal, so I sought out holistic solutions -- addressing mind, body, heart, spirit, past, and future. Many amazing teachers, mentors, Spirit, and my own intuition led me down a long and rewarding path of compassionate Self-Love.
This new lifestyle allowed me to recover my mental health, create my own identity, and bring all levels of my being into wholeness.
Now my inner voice SUPPORTS me ~ like a good friend ~ and bolsters me to be happy and feel worthy. Loving this perfectly imperfect life! I can take risks, stay relaxed, manage my emotions, and I experience inner peace most of the time.
In 2017 I discovered my calling:
I became a coach to guide other sensitive beings on their own journey to inner friendship, using tools I accumulated and learned through education. I have had amazing clients, and love improving people's lives!
My special sauce is using intentional healing songs that speak to the emotions. I collect them from others and have been channeling my own songs since 2015.
What I've found is, on the self-love journey you need to start with a spark of hope that says nothing is "wrong" with you, everything can get better, and anything is possible.
From that positive outlook, you can honor and cradle your hard feelings, coax out your innate joy and self-worth, and equip yourself with tools to create a life you envision. Day by day, as you feel better about being yourself, you therefore do better in your life.

We always have a song for the occasion ~~ music makes everything better.
